I have not received any response for REF: SECM 2***. This case was lodged in November 2019. And was under Nomthandazo Macayi who told me that FNB will refund my money back after their investigations. Now her email bounced back. There is no feedback since then. She told me to open a case with SAPS and provide the affidavit of which I did.
