This is regarding my credit card Can you please tell me what is going on. I have been handed over to Baretts and Associated for my Credit card which I have been paying. On the 26th March I get a notification that my account is now with Brooks and Luyt which I have paid them R500. Now Barrett and associates have contacted me to tell me that I must contact them urgently. What is going on and am I a victim of ***** by FNB?

02 Apr 2020, 10:58Once again you cannot get anything right. I made sure I had sufficient money in my account. You deduct money to pay my Revolving loan then you return it unpaid when there was money in my account. Then on top of it all you charge me a service fee for something which was not my fault. Then when you phone me I cannot hear anybody on the other dide and you dont return the call. Please call me now.
