Haha, are you kidding me, these ******** are so Amateur". They happen to be under supervision of FAIS. I dare you to ask them "So what can you tell me about FAIS", of course, these apply to both you and the agent right, so if they undervision, it's obvious they must be getting daily training right, or attend some workshops, believe you me, none of the many for as long as 2 hours, including all disconnections one goes through, when that happens, it's no accident, it's simply because you're not viable victim to be ****med or that person has run out of options, or the I.T developers behind it all is cutting you loose, and stepping in to do some social engineering themselves, for those of you who don't know what that is, it's practically someone pretending to help, convincing you theyre the right person you need to speak to... DO NOT SHARE ANY INFORMATION ON THERE, you'll live to regret it. We are back to old winning ways, the BRANCH is your best bet, keep tabs on all names of those you interact with, and the sequence of what was shared with whom and DATE and time. Trust none of them. But remain natural and humble, when you get great service, see it as a blessing, but know that, that's because that agent may have had a great strike at someone and is having a great day. Do not give them that happiness, let them find their own way of getting it.
