I had an Easy account then I recently upgraded to Aspire cheque account. Ever since I upgraded I always have to pay a penalty fee of which I don’t know about. Last month it was R180 then this month it’s R350. This thing is a **** and they better sort it out within the next 10 days or else I’ll move my business elsewhere.
