RB Jacobs i have a problem with fnb , on the 15th of March 2021 around 9H15 am i waz sent 2000, but according to my calaculations the balannce never came to positive effect, then you claimed that 2000 came in on the 15th 00:00 before my salary while that time or date the money was not yet send, I spoke to secure chats they seems to not helping..is it even possible for the money to reflect even before it was send out? Can you please do honours and refund my money because accoring to the above statement my balance after I ewalleted 200 yesterday waz supposed to be 2300 excluding the 350 debit i returned but to my suprise was left with 400...How come is that That is the whatsapp when i send the account before the money waz send the same day 15 March 2021, and around 9h28 I was informed the money waz send but you credited the money on the 15th March 2021 12am? Care to explain what happened
