The experience with FNB be has been one on of high costs with little return. This bank is excellent at marketing, and charging. NO HELP WITH FINANCIAL ADVICE! I was upgraded to a private client. Paying a lot of money for little to no private client privilege's. Offered wonderful marketing tools, ie. investment accounts , share investments etc.. With no personal consultation of what I knew about them. To cut along story short I have yet again been taken by FNB for a ride. They offer you debt protection then force it to lapse, even though I phoned in three times to make sure it was taken off. Is there not a banking ombudsman? Oh and then they still made sure in the interim they sold me a accidental death plan. Which may I add they took off. Begs the Question whom is fooling whom? I think they are playing a game! Wonderful marketing though, although! Don't like to be ****med!
