Savings stokvel account

I have problem with my stokvel account and everytime we call we can't get help ,we can't authorize payments and when we go to the branch we couldn't be assisted, I went to Galleria branch ,when we go to do the branch to do manual transaction they charge us fees for they own problem with their app .
