Savings **** for bank charges

I have a savings, they call it bank ur change. I had a balance in my account, now I realized that the balance on my savings is more. So meaning they took money from my normal account into the savings. The surprising part is that the savings left my account on a negative balance of r590. When I transfer the money back into my account it means I'm paying them for the bank charges they created. Basically I am saving for fnb as k wont use the money. Please put back my account to a positive balance. You cannot be creating a savings that takes money where there is no money just to create unnecessary charges. I made a stop order for monthly not for my account to collected always.
