SAVINGS POCKET HOLD

A year ago i wanted to transfer funds from my savings pocket account. This is an account that banks my change, it has been active for a while when i opened my current account. i wanted to access the funds and transfer into my current acc so that i can use it, i was unfortunately unable to because there is a "hold" on the acc. i chatted to someone on their app who advised me that i need to phone ***to get the lift on the "hold". the number did not exist can someone please help me ASAP!!! i want the money from my savings pocket
