Savings Pocket Account Closed and my money ******

I opened a savings pocket account that FNB offered a a bank your change add on. In other words when you did a transaction on a card it would round the amount up to the nearest R 5.00 and put the balance into a savings pocket account. A few weeks ago I noticed that my savings account had just disappeared off my online accounts and on querying it I was told the account was closed due to non activity. The activity was supposed to be driven by FNB banking my change as I had never personally put any money into that account. No one could tell me who had closed the account and why I was never contacted even that I have 5 accounts with FNB and all my contact details are up to date. I tried getting an answer through the branch but you can speak to people at a branch any more you have to call a central number and they refused to put me through to the person at the branch i was dealing with.I then tried calling the main FNB number and spoke to three different departments and I got no answer. I even tried via facebook and the person who answered only identified as RB could not help me and just referred me to the same departments I had already spoken to. <br>
