Savings is on hold

I'm tired and stressed behond compare. I really need my money from my tax free savings account to be cleared into my cheque account. It's a large sum. I worked hard for my savings. I paid your penalties. I was promised that it would clear after midnight and it didn't.......

Now I'm sitting here and stressing as now I have to go through hel and back to get my money. Really fnb? I just can't anymore.

Please release my tax free savings account money into my cheque account.

I'm definitely switching banks today. I'm done.
