Savings account frozen for no reason that I know off yeah so they closed it how pathetic

These people just out of the blue closed my one account linked to my premier acc so I tried transferring money and kept getting error 217 code, then called in only to hear my acc is frozen, no one can say why not even the online consultant, so now they tell me that I was a ***** victim and need to have a letter to open my account, hellllooo o would know if I was a victim or not, how can they just close my account without even notification to me, I am so disgusted with fnb that I will never recommend friends or family member to this horrible bank in fact tomorrow I am closing this accounts and also my savings acc I don't want anything to do with fnb as this experience tells me alot of how professional u guys are, then online I researched this problem only to find that 100s of client in a frame of 2 yrs ago to date is having this problem now that speaks for it self, fnb u guys are so pathetic in ur protocol.
