Save yourself the pain and move from FNB — poor
Totally disappointing. After a ********** transaction on my gold Cheque account I walked into a bank to report my issue. Was asked to call the helpline and spoke to a person that asked me tons of questions only to tell me I had to get help from a consultant in the bank to fill some form. That too was a long issue and long wait, filler in the form and the consultant tells me she will send the ref in email o cue she gets it.
I eventually rt the ref an waited for anyone to follow up but got no contact whatsoever, afterwards I got tired of waiting and called the helpline again. Presented my case number supp**** by the bank only to be told it does not exist and they needed to relig the case... there I was explaining my self once again. I have since called the helpline numerous times only to be told the issue is being handled by the Cheque accounts ***** and still pending, I get transferred to them and all there ever is is an IVR telling me hot important my call is and will be attended to shortly, I don’t know if FNB understands the meaning of shortly, does it mean forever to you people? I have numerous occasions including 3 times today alone held for more that 45 minutes to speak to an agent and still did not speak to one. It’s ridiculous if this is the kind of service we are going to receive
They simply do not care, FNB authorized a transaction with out my approval and it my take forever for them to reverse this ********** transaction. I never received an OTP request for this transaction so who authorized it on your end, utter negligence. Totally appalling.
Just so you know I have already opened an account with the competition and am moving my everything of mine there. Your service is ridiculous, this is not the first time you have treated me like this and this time I have told my self I t go through the pain of moving all my things to the competition.
I can’t be holding for that long and still not be able to speak to a consultant, what are you, the world bank? How busy are you really?
