I was with another bank provider for just over 15 years. When I needed assistance or advice I was treated poorly and unfairly. I then decided to contact FNB and the situation did a 360 turn. I was taken seriously and I was heard!! Because of that I now bank with FNB and have done a FNB bond switch too. Special mention must go to Wayne Berndt and Jane for all their support and assistance.
