SA's Worst Digital Bank

I tried to exchange forex and was informed I need to produce my works contract. I walked to ABSA next to First National bank in Waterfall Mall Rustenburg and I was helped immediately without a account. They needed my FNB Bank Statement, Proof of residence,, passport and ID. Not reasons why you cant be helped like FNB. I wanted to close my account today but without success because FNB personnel waited till 9h00 to put a display on the door they are temporary closed. FNB if you don't want business keep your doors closed like this morning. Your service times are long and poor, you must know other Banks are willing to walk the extra mile without excuses. Well done ABSA I am a future client
