SA's worse business bank

I app**** via online banking for my business registration and business bank account in July 2018. The registration was approved and I received my registration number. Shortly thereafter I noticed the FNB Gold Business Account was loaded onto my online banking as a separate account. The account information was available and the account had seem to be operational. As a sub contractor I then provided this banking details to my Employers. Money was paid by my employer Friday the 7th of September and I had noticed that the money was not reflecting. I thought it could have been because they made an EFT payment and perhaps that is why it was taking a few days to reflect. This morning I called FNB to inquire as to why the money is not reflecting yet. They then informed me that the account is open but it was not activated yet bearing in mind I received the account information in July already and yet on the 11th of September the account is open but still inactive?! I need to pay my employees salaries and debit orders that need to be deducted. I asked FNB to activate the account and their call center just goes on and on about how they are working on it. As a result I now have a missing payment from my Employer and no one can seem to locate the money. This is highly unprofessional of FNB especially as a business bank. They could have informed me sooner that the account will be inactive so that I could have made alternative arrangements. The problem is they still can't give me a turnaround time as to when the account will be active.

I honestly don't know what to do anymore. I have been calling the call center since 8am this morning. FNB just doesn't care about their customers.
