Sars money on hold in my fnb account

I received my Sars return on the 2nd of October which was deposited into my fnb account only for my account to be put on hold 2 days later up until now its still on hold. When i spoke to an fnb consultant they say that its sars that has put the hold yet i see that its only fnb clients that have this issue and it's the bank thats actually doing this. On top of that initially when i called fnb numerous of times i was being told that it was my limits reached on my account only to go to the ***** department to tell me my account is on hold yet no one can tell me why or assist me. I had a baby 2 weeks ago and needed cash urgently yet could not access my money this is so frustrating i actually feeling like closing all of my accounts with fnb and moving to another bank. I am ****ed off
