I do not understand why it can take from October up until now. It’s ridiculous!!!!

I was at the Lynwood branch now and spoke to tow ladies ( who's names I've got) who both said that I should write a letter to the minister to ask why this is taking so long. Very nice to be so sarcastic.

First Kathy said that they do not have all the documents. I explained that I brought everything that we have for the third time to the bank, and they said everything is fine. Now waiting seven months for an I.D. and without it she will not be able to write matric exams.

No one can give me any explanation?!?!?!?!
