SARB compliance required to transact at FNB

My account was frozen on account of updating information with 3rd party. i have not been given an updated terms & conditions that include being compliant with SARB before one can make use of the account. If it is important with FNB that clients are compliant with SARS why dont they get the information from SARB directly. I only have a credit card with FNB I dont think what that has anything to do with my Tax compliance. I am so irritated.
