SAPS been waiting 3 weeks from branch assistance

We opened a ***** case (CAS 74/8/2015) with SAPS regarding ***** on a FNB Ewalet.

The SAPS inspectors accompanied by one of our staff tracked down the ********** withdrawals to a ATM situated at FNB newcastle mall.

A meeting was conducted with the branch manager on 21/08/2015 Sfiso and footage was viewed whereby the suspect was positively identified.

The SAPS was informed by the branch manager that they should bring there own new memory stick and the manager would copy the footage to the memory stick.

This was bought and dropped of with the branch manager on the same day 21/08/2015 and promised he would copy it and inform the SAPS to collect the footage.

Up to today this has not been done and the suspect can not be arrested without having the footage.
Since then the suspect has left town in knowing that he would be arrested once footage is obtained.

This story has since been published in the local paper whereby the SAPS is portrait in a bad light only to find out from them that they have been waiting for FNB for more than three weeks.
