Same old Problem - Whats new

Once again, I am on the SECURE CHAT and keep getting shunted from pillar to post They ask me a question which I answer then I am told the chat has ended because of no response from me. Tried dialing *** (This number was given to me last month so that I may Talk to Someone in person) AI service you cannot talk to anyone dial 1 for ... dial 2 .... and none of the dial numbers has anyone to talk to. l am trying once again to purchase electricity and ....
