Same lack of feedback & resolution, again….
Hi I’ve logged a query on the FNB App, about my PL. Second time I’ve had this same query & problem. I’ve had zero feedback or resolution. In fact every time I’ve logged an issue, I’ve had to chase FNB for feedback & a resolution. Very frustrating.
Please can someone contact me & help me? Please…….
