Same issue everytime
I am getting quite fed up with FNB!! My credit card account is such a mess because of YOUR INCOMPETENCE. I have canceled my Covid releive yet every freaking time,you pay the credit card then you reverse it. That is not all that is ****ing me off. Yesterday I paid R3600 on the credit card, yet that was not enough FNB then decided lets take another R1600 from the cheque account. Do you people understand that this is people's livelihood...that money that you deducted was allocated to another debit order!!that will now bounce because of you. Let me make this clear. If this is not resolved withing 24 hours I will close all my accounts and move to another bank
