Same complaints, no change! FNB ****!

How absolutely terrible FNB is. this is my second complaint about the very same thing! FNB LIFE Cover - a month ago you reviewed my case and found that you have debited my account WITHOUT my authorization, and contacted me and refunded me! this month you debit my account for the very same ****! what is wrong with you??? I want my money back, I want to pay off my overdraft and close this account. plus they further want to endanger our lives by requiring us to go to branches to close our accounts. I want this account closed, as in yesterday!!! I'M DONE!! OVER IT - I'M CHANGING BANKS!
