Same complaint, different time

I think I'm writing a similar complaint that i wrote a couple of months ago regarding the same matter. I took out a loan and once receiving it I requested on the 24th of last month via secure chat if they can review the interest rate for a better one. It was stated I would get a response within 24 to 48 hours. Well we nearly 3 weeks later and still nothing. Not a call, mail or even letter. And complaining about the exact same thing months later shows you no progress has been made at FNB since then, you first need to complain on write on this platform before you receive communication.
