Same Bank , Same Problem Again

Just last month I had this problem & here we go again. To avoid the problem I made it my duty to go into the Galleria branch on the 24-02 to block the debit orders only to see that I am again been charged -R105 twice on the 02-03 & something for -R200 on the 28-02. Why is this now an on going thing?
