Same as every other bank, useless.............

I switched from Standard Bank to FNB because I wasn’t happy with the way they treat their customers. FNB says you should switch and get smiling like millions of other South Africans, well I’m not smiling. The day I opened my cheque and credit card account I was told that I will earn E-Bucks on both of them immediately, and I would earn double points on the credit card. That was the 24th of March 2016, its now the 24th of June and I haven’t received any E-Bucks from my credit card. I queried this with the E-Bucks department and they informed me that my credit card was only linked with them on the 27th of May. That means I only stared earning E-Bucks the beginning of June. This is very upsetting as I only used my credit card since I opened the accounts and then transferred the money from my cheque to my credit card to earn extra E-Bucks. Now it seems I wasted my time. If you are not banking with FNB and you want to switch banks because off bad service don’t waste your time, it seems all banks are the same even if they have very convincing radio adverts.
