Sambou vs FNB

<p>Please assist, a while ago there was an expose implicating Sambou had overcharged clients who took up a bond. with FNB having taken over Sambou, they were found "guilty" as they took over the books from Sambou as this case was taken to Equality Court. Long story short, there is a Cape Town based Consultant that is contacing ex Sambou clients and saying it will act on their behalf to recover monies owed to them. How true is this? FNB are you aware of this consultant? are they operating legally?</p>
