Sales person lies that work by FNb connect

I received my sim card today the sales lady informed me that i can port my current fnb number to my new number for me to discover thats a lie and it will take 30 days to migrate my old number to the contract and then they debited my account with 277 immedaitly what is this

First of all i need my money back now because you **** and then you can debit it agian month end and i want my number available soon not in 30 days

i just came from a call with your stupid people and then you debit my account again with 158.40

i want alll my money back you ****en people are ****bags i want it back today in total you took 435.8 for today
