sales person has my Vodacom contract hostage

An FNB sales person approved my Vodacom contract on the 29 of April and did not follow it up. I laid a complaint no 688786, they called me and promised it will be followed up today. But when I call today they are telling me the person is not on duty. When I went to the branch on the 22 of may they told me it will be cancelled within 72 hours. Four days later I'm still held hostages by these people. Worst even Vodacom say they can't refer it to another sales person, or delete the the application so I apply with a new sales person. This is unacceptable. <br>
