**** sales on pensioner

I took my Grandmother (73 years) to the bank ( Rustenburg square) on Thursday at around 11 to Counter 1 to verify her KYC , I couldn’t go inside the bank with her as I had to make a call , to my surprise she was taking longer than expected, 2 hours with a consultant to be precise , only for me to find that the consultant has offered services that she had declined but *********ly still did for her , the man was so obsessed with sales that he made my Granny take all unsecured lending facilities the bank has , without her knowing what she had signed for , how can you apply for a credit card /Loan and Overdraft for a pensioner? This is really disrespectful and bull****, I will be taking this up with the ombudsman
