Sales mislead

Sales consultant from this bank, Nompumelelo made me take a life cover by misleading me with all the information. I have been complaining about this and requesting recordings since December. They sent me old recordings for things i agree to have taken, but not this one. Now i am stuck with 2 policies, paying for 2 policies, which is something i did not want at all! I am appauled by this as I expected more from this bank! I might as well just switch banks!
