I arrived at the Dobsonville branch and was helped by one of the consultants ,Mr Thembalakhe Ndawonde. I had a problem with money being debited from my account on a monthly basis and was assisted by Mr Ndawonde in a blink of an eye, all my issues were resolved. He helped me open a new account and also advised me about the importance of having a funeral plan at an early age cause you never know what might happen
