Good day.

I opened an FNB account and i was promised that if i switch my salary i would be compensated with R500 and when i switch my debit orders i will receive another R500. i did switch my salary and asked when will i receive the incentive and was told i might not qualify i would have to wait for the response from the sales team who where meant to communicate with me last week friday. I was told i would automatically qualify for this as long as i switch my salary. i would like to know why i was told incorrect information and i was not told the qualifying criteria.
