Salary stop order rerate not implemented

Just to say that the explanation that i have been by FNB housing on the rerate of the interest rate is not making sense. On 29 May, I requested FNB to change my bond deduction into a salary stop order, and below is the message i received from Janine

" Please submit the attached letter to your Human Resources Department to implement the bond deduction. Please use your ID to access the attachment.

After i received the letter for HR i phoned back and asked why the installment is still the same, because I know if you do a salary stop order tou get a discount. I was told by three agents that there is no such. From June, my salary deduction took place with the normal installment, July it was the same. Whilst i was querying a double deduction in July, it's when i was told that there is no arrangement for salary deduction, meaning Janine Joshua didn't do her job properly. I'm told that the rerate will start on 1 August, whereas from 29 May, i requested that the debit order be changed. I want FNB to consider backdating the rerate to June because from 25 June i have been paying by salary stop order
