Salary not returned to employer

My salary was paid into an Easy Zero account, yes I admit it was more than the limit of what the account holds, but they have not send my money back to my employer as promised. They are not willing to help, 1 agent said 2 working days, other agent said 7 working days, this for my salary to be paid back to my employer. Please give my money back to the employer and stop earning interest on my money. Service from customer care is completely useless, they just said, wait for your salary to be returned. It's a salary, it's needed to buy food!!
