salary not cleared

I have been waiting since the middle of last week for my salary payment to be cleared. The payment was already made late and now because it hasn't been cleared I am sitting without any food and late to pay my rent and debts. I waited so long for a call centre consultant to answer the phone I used up all my airtime and still didn't get to speak to anyone and I have no money to buy more airtime. I sent an email but there has been no reply. I jeed my salary cleared and cleared today please, this is now beyond urgent
