SAFPS - FNB
Apparently FNB ***** DEPARTMENT, suspected ***** on my account, which there isn't , the the guy by the name of Moses (the investigator) just blocked my account without consulting me or making any attempt to let me know of what he suspected on my account. My account was blocked on the 2nd of December just after my pay salary. Till today i am unable to access my account or my money, which then stripes me off my financial freedom as well as my human rights. I have been calling in at Fnb ***** department every second day with no help. Worse part the Moses that blocked my account is nowhere to be found in his office, the consultants are unable to help me. I am not able to go buy grocerries, pay bills, petrol or move around for that matter because i have no accessible funds due to Moses. I feel so hurt and dissapointed by FNB for letting this happen, how did they let this investigator to block the account he has no adequate information on? How do you block someones card without informing them ? This is TRULY UNFAIR AND HURTFUL. I just finished calling the department again now, today, still no assistance i received. I went to the FNB branch too, still no assistance was given.

I am getting paid tomorow, i have debits that have declined already not to mention the ones coming still, i am the one who will be held accountable for this. This is unfair. I am withdrawing my profile from FNB after this. This is ridiculous and selfish. I have been loyal to FNB for years and years for them to not treat me with dignity but shame and disgrace.

This is absurd and insane. Everyone in Festive time spend time with their families happy and joyfull but my festive have to be sour and miserable because of Moses, i bet he will be enjoying his money with his family but Me noooo…
