Safety put at risk

About 2 weeks ago, I was ****med at the ATM. A guy tampered with the ATM, which resulted in it freezing. So when I wanter to use it, it wasnt working. That was the bank's fault, if their machine did not freeze or go to sleeping mode, this would not have happened. As I went to the other ATM, that ******* touched my card and swopped it. As I was informed by police later, that guy would have attacked me, if he could not get my PIN. Now, FNB does not want to refund my money that I lost. 1). FNB did not protect my safety as a customer. I pay alot of banking fees, but still no guard is on duty. Other banks have guards on duty 24/7. 2). Other people in town have either been attacked there, or ****med out of their cards and money there. This is not acceptable, should FNB not be able to protect me as a customer, I would have to move to a different bank, where I am valued as a person.
