safety compromised, Duty negligence

On Friday the 22/02/2020 used fnb branch corner Main and Sauer street made two cash withdrawals and left cash at the dispenser, before I used the machine, the appointed guard made sure the atm is safe by sanitizing and wiping it clean to use, few minutes later went back to the guard , advised of my issue he said he never saw any cash, went inside the branch to report, was assisted by consultant who went to view the ccv footage alone, came back and said there was a guy who used the machine right after I left. My issue is the designated guard to make sure the atm is safe for use for each and every user was assisting another client on the next machine, neglecting his duty to do atm assistant duty, missing an opportunity to notice next guy who used the atm after I did"as I was told" he could have found and reported the cash which was to be logged as atm money awaiting owner to report the incident.
