Saddening FNB service

I understand we're doing our best to cope with the supposed "new normal" amid Covid-19, but it was a bit disheartening to go to the FNB branch in Vincent, EL, queue out in the sun on their parking lot only to be told (when we asked) that the branch was closed as they close at 15:30.

No one had the courtesy to inform us (clients on queue) about this prior to our enquiries but we were left to stand there like buffoons. They didn't even momentarily replace the normal trading hours on their door that say they close at 5pm with the new time change; just so we're aware. Or perhaps even aim to at least serve those that have already queued & exclude late arrivals as it was such a pain to see confused elderly people who were baffled about being turned away after standing out there for so long; hoping to be assisted.

Can we work together... PLEASE!
