Saddened by the lack of service.

On the 24th of November I made a left payment of 4500 to an account I. Error. When I called my banker to do a refund I was informed that they would need to contact the person who the funds went to and I would be charged 281 for the attempt of refund. And I was told if the receipant of the money refused for the transactions to be reversed then there is nothing that they could do. So I did not fill in the firm cause in short i felt that my banker and FNB as a entity were not assisting me at all. Cause if I realised the error within 2hrs why couldn't they refund me the funds immediately? Then yesterday when I was talked to my sister who works at fnb I was shocked to find out the customers come there and shout and make it a huge issue and they transactions are reversed. And in the manner that she explained it i felt it was a system of racial profiling because I made an error of 4500 and didn't helped at all. Which dedeated the whole slogan " fnb how can we help You?" I write this with deep regret cause had I been helped then I would not be in a position that I'm in right now.
