The new app is interesting but one now has to go hunting to find things. Online banking, oh dear! Wanted bank statement for August September, no statements, nothing at all! Completely disappeared. Secure Chat, was rerouted 6 times, held on for 45mins. No one seems to be able to assist in a payment that was made, confirmation received. Next visit shows it never occurred. How odd. Went for tea, all FNB cards not working in the Coffee Shop! Wow all this in one day.
