Sad **** from FNB

I need your help last year I joined Health cash plan from FNB then this year I was hospitalized on the 22 October 2021 discharged on the 29 October 2021 I phoned FNB Health cash plan Department telling them about my hospitalization they then said please send all the required documents for you to claim after receiving all the required documents I submitted the claim on the 02 Nov 2021 therefore I was told after giving them the reference number that I have wait 7-14 working days for my claim to be paid.....but today I received an SMS telling me that my claim has been declined. Then when calling them what is the reason for my claim to be declined the lady by the name Precious said its because maternity is active on their system now I'm asking myself why I was told to submit while they know that my pregnancy whatever is active on their system hellopeter please help me to get my claimed money from FNB.
