What's the purpose of having an option to dispute transactions that weren't met just for fnb to ask things that are not there I have tried multiple times to call them you try contacting people who have robots as employees=please contact me via email as I don't have access to calls today ***

No feedback since the 1st I keep receiving different references but no response I advised that I could not take calls and emails to be sent for anything please this is bad the person reached out to me I advised that I am unable to get my money back from the service provider I do not understand why nothing is said atleast tell me if it can't be given back so that I can move from Fnb as a customer I wow!!!

I hate doing this seriously
