Sad at FNB and their service

I am very disappointed in FNB at the moment. I always had two cards that I used for my account. Now they cancelled my cards even though I requested one to stay active as I was able to still use it on my account. I enquired about getting another card again and now they saying I have to pay for the card! Banks!!!!! Always looking to just make money
