I have a big problem with this bank, they linked my ID no with someone and SARS needs me to pay my returns with accounts that are not mine, I thought that was light. Boom only to find that I'm registered as staff and on top of that I don't get staff rates on my bank charges.

If you think that's little, SARS says I got lumpsum of pension fun that I was not taxed on and it's from First rand group.

I called the bank and they where surprised how come it happend and they said they will investigate with (HR) and call me. That was on the 21/4/2023 and they saw most of the things I mentioned.

I have been call ever since and guess what, no one knows what I'm talking about and they sending me from pillar to post and have been spending money on airtime calling everyone.

Even my banker is nowhere to be found the joy of being a private banker and not find your banker for over 2months.

I called yesterday and told them I'm going to post this issue on this platform and facebook. Now everyone wants to help me and it's to late because sars send a sheriff to my house to count my things and im now given 5days to show up at SARS.
