Saambou/FNB home loans

<p>I was the owner of a home at 9 Lausanne street Noordhoek Bloemfontein Saambou Bond number ********** 7003/ FNB Bond number ********** ********** 1. I lived at the above mentoined address with my family from 16 September 1996 and was forceably evicted in january 2002. The reason given by the bank was that my life and disabilty policy had lapsed and my claim was denied even though I was medically boarded by the Department of Education, Furthermore I approached Saambou/FNB regarding this issue and because my bond and policy was paid via a salary deduction into the above mentioned Saambou account as indicated on my payslips they still refused to process my claim. I spoke to Leonie Holbeck, Riaana Nel and Nannie lombard at FNB and presented the relevant documents and nothing has been done till today. Not a year has gone passed without me and my family trying to obtain feedback or assistance from FNB. Can you imagine what it did to my family after the bank admitted that they recieved payment for the life and disabilty policy but neglected to transfer the monthly instalment to Saambou/FNB life insurance and still auctioned the property and then forceably removed myself , my wife ,my 11 and 16 year old daughters with my son from our home. I need answers!!!!</p>
