Saambou/FNB home loans

<p>As per my previous review with regards to my bond FNB Account Nr ********** 214817 I received a email on the 20th October 2016 from FNB legal department dated 2 March 2006 which they sent to the ombudsman for banking services where they state that my bond was in arrears and that they do not have any documentation indicating that i was in fact in arrears or that it was up to date from Saambou, the letter was compiled by Robert Freeborough. I have sent through an email to *** at FNB Complaints Department and attached is documentation indicating the monthly instalment of the bond from Saambou, a payslip from the department of education showing the salary deduction and a letter from Saambou to the Ombudsman where they admit that they did in fact recieve the monies for the policy and that they neglected to pay the monies to Saambou Life insurance. I also requested that FNB obtain all my payslips from the the Department of Education from the date the Bond was registered in my name which was the 15th October 1996 until the day I was medically boarded by the Department of Education 31 January 2001. They will find that not only did I never miss a payment I was also paying an interest of 19% on my bond. I hope that FNB now have enough information so that me and my family can move past this incident that has physically and mentally damaged all of us.
