Saambou bank account

Very disappointed jet again, as the manager of fnb phoned me directly but mislead me, into believeing that the saambou bank account iam looking for, is at absa, waisted my time and waisted absa's, she did so knowingly, that the accounts iam looking for is under my dad's name, as he has given me and my brother permission to find and withdraw the money, he doesn't want to go to the bank as he is old and not wanting to listen to anyone! i have it, writen in his hand writing, but still no help what so ever, still haven't gotten any selution from the manager there must be a way, to solve this problem, really though she wanted to help me, but by the looks of it she didnt, for what reason whould a person send one in the wrong direction, i knew there where something fishy, i want this sorted asap, waisted enough time and money on false leads and stories, i want a selution NOW! not more problems! is that so much, to ask, why must i always take the hard route when the easy one is ahead of me, Deon van Heerden *** ,
